1. Who we are

duckyman is a personal project built and operated by an individual developer. It is not a company and does not offer any public service. The developer can be reached at github.com/duckyman-ai.

2. What the app does

duckyman publishes videos to TikTok on behalf of its single user — the developer. After the developer approves a video through a private interface, the app uploads the video file to TikTok and posts it to the developer's own TikTok account, using TikTok's official Content Posting API.

3. Information the app can access

When the developer authorizes the app, it can access:

• The developer's TikTok authorization tokens (OAuth access and refresh tokens), used only to post the videos the developer approves
• Basic account information (such as username and open ID)
• Video files the developer chooses to upload through the app

The app does not access or process anything else — no contacts, no messages, no viewing history, no follower data, and no information about other people.

4. How information is used and stored

• Tokens and video files are stored only on the developer's own private server.
• They are used solely to upload and post the videos the developer approves.
• Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
• The app contains no third-party analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising, and no data sharing. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone.

5. Data retention and deletion

• Video files remain on the developer's server only as long as needed and are deleted when removed by the developer.
• The app's access can be withdrawn at any time in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps and websites (name: duckyman). Revoking access immediately stops all API calls by the app.
• To request deletion of any stored data, contact the developer via GitHub.

6. Your rights

You may review what the app can access, revoke its authorization at any time, and request deletion of stored data as described above.

7. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and is not intended to be used by them.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be updated.
