1. The service

duckyman is a personal-use automation tool built by an individual developer. It uploads videos that the developer has approved and posts them to the developer's own TikTok account through TikTok's official APIs.

2. Acceptance

By authorizing the app, you (the developer/user) agree to these terms.

3. Your content

• You keep all rights to every video you post through the app.
• You are responsible for making sure the content you approve complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
• The app posts only files you have explicitly approved; it never posts anything on its own.

4. Authorization and revocation

Access is granted through TikTok's OAuth flow. You may revoke it at any time in your TikTok account settings (Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps and websites); the app will stop working immediately.

5. No warranty

The app is a home-server personal project provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Availability is not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including failed posts or actions taken by TikTok on the account.

7. Changes

These terms and the app may change at any time.
